1. About these terms

These Terms of Use govern your use of Kings & Castles and its website, provided by Manna Games Ltd. ("Manna Games", "we", "us"). By using the game or website, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, do not use the service. Questions can be sent to support@manna-games.com.

If you are not legally able to agree to these terms on your own, a parent or legal guardian must review and authorize your use where the law permits. Follow the applicable store age rating and local requirements.

2. Your permission to play

We give you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable permission to use the game and website for lawful, non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms and applicable app-store rules.

The game, artwork, characters, music, code, branding, and other content remain owned by Manna Games or its licensors. No ownership rights are transferred to you. These terms do not restrict rights that applicable law requires us to allow.

3. Fair use and conduct

• Do not cheat, use unauthorized automation, exploit errors, or manipulate game progress, advertisements, or rewards.
• Do not attempt unauthorized access, interfere with services, distribute malware, or disrupt another person’s use.
• Do not copy, resell, redistribute, or modify game content without permission, except as allowed by law.
• Do not use support channels or any available profile features for unlawful, abusive, misleading, or infringing content.

4. Progress, coins, stars, and rewards

Progress and preferences may be stored locally. Deleting app data, uninstalling, changing devices, or losing access to your device can result in lost progress. Do not assume that cloud saving or transfer is available unless the game expressly provides it.

Coins, stars, lives, boosters, and similar items are virtual game features. They are not money, have no cash value, and cannot be redeemed for cash or transferred outside the game. They do not represent a financial investment or a guaranteed reward.

Any optional ad reward depends on completing the stated activity and a successful completion signal. Rewards may be unavailable because of technical issues, region, eligibility, or ad availability. Attempts to manipulate them may be rejected.

5. Purchases, if offered

If a version of the game offers paid content, its price and conditions are shown before purchase. Payments are handled by the applicable platform or payment provider under its rules. You are responsible for authorizing purchases and using available parental or device purchase controls.

Refund requests are handled under the applicable store rules and mandatory consumer law. Nothing in these terms removes a refund, cancellation, or other consumer right that cannot legally be excluded. This section does not promise that purchases are available in the current game version.

6. Ads, links, and availability

The game may include advertising or links to other Manna Games products and external services. Third-party services have their own terms and policies. We are not responsible for their independent content or operation.

Features, levels, promotions, and availability may change by version, platform, and location. We may update the game or perform maintenance. We do not promise uninterrupted access, compatibility with every device, or that every feature will remain available indefinitely.

This website is a promotional introduction. Artwork previews are not the full playable game. Development screenshots and promotional imagery may differ from a released version.

7. Privacy and support

Our Privacy Policy describes relevant information handling and privacy choices. Contact support@manna-games.com for help, and include the game name, device model, app version if known, and a description of the problem. Do not send passwords or payment-card information.

8. Misuse and ending use

You may stop using the service at any time. We may restrict access where reasonably necessary to address a material breach of these terms, abuse, security concerns, or legal requirements. Where appropriate and legally required, we will provide notice or an opportunity to resolve the issue.

Stopping use or ending access does not create a right to cash out virtual items. Any rights or obligations that by their nature should continue, including ownership and accrued legal rights, remain in effect.

9. Responsibility and legal rights

To the extent permitted by law, the service is provided as available without a promise that it will be error-free or meet every expectation. We are not responsible for losses caused by events beyond our reasonable control or your unauthorized use.

Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot lawfully be excluded or limited, including applicable mandatory consumer protections. Your statutory rights remain unaffected. Any dispute is subject to applicable law and the courts with lawful jurisdiction; these terms do not require you to waive mandatory protections.

10. Changes and contact

We may revise these terms when the game or legal requirements change. The updated date will appear on this page, and additional notice will be provided where required. Review the terms periodically. If you disagree with an update, stop using the affected service, without prejudice to any mandatory rights you have.
